Terms of Sale:
In order to process your order, ABETTERPOOLSUPPLY.COM. will require the following information:
1. Full name as it appears on your credit card.
2. Address (same as billing address of credit card user.
3. Shipping address (if different than billing address.
4. No PO Boxes will be accepted.
5. Telephone number where you can be contacted.
6. E-Mail address if available.
7. Credit card name, number and expiration date.
We will accept the following credit cards: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
All orders are processed on a first-serve basis. Once received, orders will generally take about 2 business days for shipping. Should there be any problems or if the merchandise is unavailable, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone and will be given an opportunity to select or cancel your order or alternative delivery method.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons deemed necessary. Should your order be cancelled, you will be notified and not billed.
Information obtained for billing and delivery purposes only. Any information we receive from you will not be given out to outside entities.
We require credit card authorization before order can be processed. Any credit cards issued by banks outside the U.S. will not accepted. Orders that to shipped outside the U.S., please contact us at our website.

Refunds/Return Policy:
Refunds and returns are limited to:
1. Merchandise received that was not ordered.
2. Damaged Merchandise: You must indicate at time of delivery what items are damaged or you can refuse delivery. If merchandise was left but no signature was obtained, you must contact us within 48 hours.
ABETTERPOOLSUPPLY.COM. Is a sole proprietary corporation. Any action brought against ABETTERPOOLSUPPLY.COM shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any and all disagreements will be handled in the County of Fresno, California by an appropriate Federal Court.
We put all our effort to make our website accurate. If any information is incorrect and noticed by our customer, please contact us so we can promptly address the issue.
Orders placed for items with incorrect prices on information will be cancelled and customer will be notified as to reprocess or choose a different product.
WARRANTY:
1. All product purchased through ABETTERPOOLSUPPLY.COM. will have a full or limited warranty as per Manufacturers guidelines.
2. Product that was delivered in good condition but failed to operate as specified within the manufactures warranty period is handled by the Manufacturer. Contact their warranty and service department of Manufacturer for your local warranty station. We do not accept nor authorize return merchandise. We will however, assist you in any way we can.
RESPONSIBILITY/GUARANTEE:
ABETTERPOOLSUPPLY.COM. does not guarantee that items purchased are compatible or suitable for the project to be undertaken. We suggest that you consult with a pool professional.
ABETTERPOOLSUPPLY.COM. does not offer installation or repair services. Contact your local area pool professional for repairs and service related needs.
